"Didn’t pick us up from the airport as agreed. Communication was very poor. I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages trying to organise the airport pickup but received no response. Two days before our arrival, I finally got a message saying to call once we had collected our luggage. We landed at 1:00 am, which I had advised them of several times beforehand. I called eight times and sent multiple messages, but received no answer. To this day, I have still not received a response. If you’re planning to use this hotel for an overnight stay or transit flight, I would not recommend it based on my experience. The room was okay and breakfast was acceptable, but good communication and reliable service are important. I’m sure there are better hotels nearby where the staff are more responsive and organised."

"Ana, the owner checked me in very quickly , showed me the room amenities and made breakfast. This place is new and put together very nice. I’m so happy I chose this place on a quick turnaround and close to the airport . Free shuttle, free yummy breakfast and very comfortable beds /pillows. The balcony windows and door was double layered & extremely quiet in the room. I seldom write reviews but felt a need here. Thank you for your hospitality and beautiful pace"

"It was a clean room, breakfast not much selection, staff have to use google translate to communicate in English which works because I have booked for a room with balcony however they were able to give it because it was not available, but this was explained to me until I was in the room, hence needing a google translate to explain why it wasn’t provided. I didn’t demand further as I was led onto the room already and having a two way conversation is really hard. The day before I check in, I messaged them regarding an earlier check in but no reply. I’m ok that they have given me a room on earlier check in but just disappointed that there’s no window at all."
